Tour Features:

This is the tour everyone is talking about! It's not just another city bus tour, it's an attraction in itself. There's NOTHING like it in the country!

All the world was watching. Events in central Arkansas commanded worldwide attention... in politics, in civil rights, even in Hollywood. Now you can hear all about it on this enlightening and entertaining tour. We don't just Old Statehouseoffer fun facts and historical insight, but we also play the video footage and news clips that made our landmarks famous!

Hop aboard our famous bus, "The Little Rock and Roll," then let the ride begin. You'll be video-greeted by the mayors of Little Rock and North Little Rock, our Governor, and even former US President Bill Clinton. Then leave the modern world and travel to a different time. Villa MarreSee the actual "Little Rock" for which our city is named, journey to the Old State House - a perfect example of Greek Revival architecture, one of the most beautiful in the state - and then venture on to the current capitol, a downscaled model of the nation's capitol.

The Clinton Presidential Center and Park is another landmark that put Little Rock on the world map.  Find out why President Clinton built his library in Little Rock and what he hopes to accomplish with this incredible facility.  He’ll tell you personally via the DVD monitors on the bus!

We'll also take you by the Governor's mansion and into the Quapaw Quarter, with its renovated Victorian homes and buildings. Then it's on to the Villa Marre, where you'll see the television clip that made this elegantly restored Central High SchoolVictorian home famous. All this, plus a few surprises we don't want to give away!

Central High School marks one of the most important landmarks in the country in the struggle for civil rights. We'll show you the old news footage from 1957, and tell you how "The Little Rock Nine"Old Mill successfully integrated one of the country's largest high schools.

And a trip to central Arkansas wouldn't be complete without venturing out to The Old Mill in North Little Rock, tucked away in a grove of pine and oak trees. If you've seen Gone With the Wind, you'll recognize it from the opening credits. If you don't remember it, we have the movie clip to take you back!

All this... plus many, many more sights!
